Oil drum heater is used for heating and preservation of tubbiness instruments and it can be used throughout the year without effects of seasons. Equipped with 1-3 heater bands and sensors on its surface, the product can heat and preserve the cask through controlling the temperature directly. In addition, customized size is available for users' needs and the standard type of 200 buckets is in stock on hand.

Structure and Function
Our oil drum heater adopts copper-nickel alloy coil as heating element around the fiberglass core of a small diameter and is placed between two slices of glass fiber weavings. The product is very convenient to be installed with a spring. In addition, there is a thermostat which may adjust the temperature from 30℃ to 150 ℃. By heating the cask, our oil drum heater can decrease the viscosity of the materials in the cask uniformly, such as adhesives, oil, pitch, paint, paraffin and other resin materials inside. After being heated, the liquid and concretion are easy to be taken out so as to reduce the power of the pump.
