Pipeline Heating Tape
Pipeline heating tape is designed in fixed length. Due to its great moisture resistance and high power density, it is applicable to heating, heat tracing and preservation for pipelines in the lab, tanks, pools and other industrial devices in humid places without explosive gas. This product is easy to install because it can be twined directly on the devices to be heated for its special flexibility. In addition, it offers high pressure resistance, good connection, uniform heat distribution, expanded operation life and high safety.

Structure
1. The pipeline heating tape, mainly consisting of Ni-Cr alloy wires and insulation materials, has fast heating speed and great heating efficiency.
2. As the alkali-free glass fiber core rack is twined with silicon rubber heating wire, this product can work stably with high heat resistance.
3. The highest temperature the insulation materials can resist to is 250℃, and the recommended working temperature is less than 200℃. The insulation resistance is more than 50MΩ and the dielectric strength is up to 1500V in 1 minute with ±10% power deviation. Specifications can be customized according to demands of clients'.
Usage Note
1. During installation, the silicon rubber plane side of the pipeline heating tape should be tightly attached to the surface of media pipeline and tank with the assistance of the aluminum adhesive tape.
2. In order to reduce the heat loss, users should add insulating layer on the outside of the product.
3. It is forbidden to overlap and to wind the product to avoid any damage caused by overheat.
