Built-in pipeline heating wire adopts PTC electric heating cable, which can prevent great currents from causing fire. Our product can be used for hot water pipe preservation and defrosting of severe cold areas, due to the solar energy dedicated silicon rubber.

Note: We can set 10W-40W each for 0.5-1m. We can also increase or reduce length and power as per customers' demands.

Features
1.Built-in pipeline heating wire is made of silicon rubber, which can resist high and low temperature from -60℃ to 200 ℃. Also, it offers resistance against aging, acid-base and water, so it has a long service life.
2. The product can operate automatically and keep the water in the pipe at constant temperature between 50 and 60 ℃, if it is installed in the inlet and outlet pipes. If in the outlet pipe, this product can heat water without wasting cold water and can replace the emptier without ice blockage in winter.
3. Installed in the pipe, 3m electric wire can keep the temperature of 5-10m pipeline at 20-50℃ and power consumption between 50 and 100w. The general 5-10m electric cable consumes power of 100-200w, so the lower the temperature is, the more the power is consumed.
4. This built-in pipeline heating wire is convenient to install because the original screw is sealed integrally. It never leaks.
5. The product offers over temperature and over current protection and it will be better to match with intelligent water temperature and water level sensor.
6. It can be bent and wound randomly and is easy for installation, occupying small space and volume. There is silicon insulator outside the heating element. The tinned copper braiding layer can not only prevent the machines from damage but also conduct the electricity to the ground. The product is totally moisture proof with core cooling end. It can be customized in any length.
